"Named in the March 20, 2025 ethics submission as one of the restaurant brands the owner will resign from and divest if confirmed to the ambassadorship. The agreement explains he will forfeit promised severance and accept deferred compensation in a lump sum, that he will retain only a passive financial interest and “will not provide services material to the production of income,” and that his wife will remain on the company payroll while he maintains a contractual right to certain company goods, services, and properties." - Courtney E.
