"The chain opened its first Austin-area location in Pflugerville on October 17. Diners cook meats at their tables using grills, with selections that include rib-eye, beef belly, marinated spicy pork ribs, honey chicken, as well as seafood like Cajun shrimp and calamari and assorted vegetables; there’s also build-your-own-Korean-ramyun, sides, sauces, and more. The location is open daily from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Takeout and delivery can be placed online, indoor dine-in service is available, and an Austin proper location at the Linc (6406 North I-35 Frontage Road) is planned for the future." - Nadia Chaudhury
