CPK Co-Founder Debuts Roman-Style Pizza Pop-Up in Glendale - Eater LA
"ROCA is a new restaurant at the Americana at Brand in Glendale, expected to open Memorial Day weekend with a menu focused on Roman-style pizza. It is backed by California Pizza Kitchen co-founder Rick Rosenfield and his partner/wife Esther Rosenfield, with chef Luigi Roditis of Il Romanista in El Segundo running the kitchen.
