Italian Gelateria Amorino’s Instagrammable Rose Cones Have Arrived in Plano - Eater Dallas
"DFW’s newest destination for Instagram-friendly gelato cones, Amorino Gelato, has finally opened in Legacy West. The newest location at 7700 Windrose Avenue, unit G157 is the third Texas outpost for the Italian import, which already operates locations in Houston and at Fort Worth’s Shops at Clearfork. In addition to beautiful rose-shaped cones of gelato, the international chain serves up macarons and decadent gelato-topped crepes and waffles, alongside a bevy of espresso and hot chocolate beverages. There are 24 flavors of the frozen dairy dessert in all, including blueberry cheesecake, lime basil, mango, tiramisu, and dulce de leche, alongside some dairy-free sorbet options. Amorino quietly opened earlier this month and is planning a grand opening event for this Saturday, January 19. The gelateria operates Monday through Thursday 12 to 10 p.m., Friday 12 to 11 p.m., Saturday 10 a.m. to 11 p.m., and Sunday 11 a.m. to 10 p.m." - Alaena Hostetter
