"Jimboy’s Tacos, a family-owned fast food chain founded in Lake Tahoe, California in 1954, will open a location in Fort Worth this fall. The drive-thru restaurant will be the first in Texas. Jimboy’s serves Mexican-American food, including the Original American Taco, a parmesan-dusted crispy corn tortilla filled with ground beef, American cheese, and lettuce. Other dishes include grilled burritos, queso fries and taco bowls." - Brittanie Shey
