"Opening to the public on Monday, October 8, this new upscale Asian restaurant at Legacy West occupies an elegant, light-filled space split among a dining room, cocktail lounge, patio and a private event area that together seat up to 250 guests. A sushi bar and a robata grill are focal points of the interior, which uses granite, marble, wood and brass to evoke a serene, zen-like environment with plentiful natural light and pops of color. Executive chef King Dey—who has worked in New York, London, Dubai, Tokyo, Bangkok and Mumbai—has crafted a menu that blends Chinese, Thai, Vietnamese, Malay and other Asian traditions with a French twist, featuring sushi and hot-coal robata-grilled items; standout dishes include soft-shell crab with baby gem lettuce, sweet chili and sesame, miso-bronzed black cod, and Chilean sea bass with black bean, ponzu butter and hajikami ginger. Operating hours are Monday–Wednesday evenings (5 p.m. to midnight), Thursday–Saturday (5 p.m. to 1:30 a.m.) and Sunday (11 a.m.–3 p.m. and 4–10 p.m.)." - Alaena Hostetter
