"A Southern California soft-serve chain is opening a Katy Grand outpost at 23330 Grand Circle Blvd., Suite 150, which is listed as “coming soon” on the company website. The shop is known for its taiyaki fish-shaped pastry cones and will let customers swirl together flavors like strawberry, matcha, chocolate, ube, black sesame, and milk tea.
