"The High Hat, which opened in 2023, is a true Cathedral Hill success story. Helmed by former W.A. Frost general manager Michael Noyes, this brunch spot (open from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. daily) serves creative takes on breakfast classics. Pancakes are made with blue corn and served with delicate coconut whip and fried plantains, and a cornbread Benedict tops sweet cornbread with spicy chorizo and a salsa verde hollandaise.
