"Phở Phú Vương has been open for more than 25 years and features a unique blend of Northern and Southern styles of pho. Owner Phạm Văn Cử’s parents are from Nam Dinh Province, about 50 miles outside of Hanoi, and when they relocated to HCMC in 1954, they brought their family pho recipe.
