"Having moved just around the corner into a larger 3,833-square-foot space in the former home of Sushi Wabi at the Pueblo at Summerlin retail center near the intersection of Lake Mead and Rampart Boulevards, this Summerlin favorite from chef-owner Nittaya Parawong offers a menu of classic and modern Thai dishes built on her family recipes, including garlic basil lamb chops, crying tiger steak, spicy green bean pork, and southern Thai Cornish hen. The spicy Seafood Madness combines mussels, scallops, shrimp, clams, and chili oil, and a range of curries from massaman to panang are available with proteins such as duck, catfish, shrimp, and grilled skirt steak in a green curry. Vegetarian options include spicy basil tofu and eggplant with fresh basil, tapas range from curry puffs and fried tofu to charred shishito peppers and golden pouches stuffed with potatoes, egg pastry, and curry sauce, and noodle and fried rice dishes round out the menu; the must-order is the papaya salad with shrimp. It is open Monday–Saturday 11 a.m.–10 p.m. and Sunday noon–9:30 p.m., with lunch served weekdays 11 a.m.–3 p.m., and takeout is available." - Susan Stapleton
