"Nittaya’s Secret Kitchen moved just around the corner and into the 3,833-square-foot former home of Sushi Wabi at the Pueblo at Summerlin retail center, close to the intersection of Lake Mead and Rampart Boulevards. The menu features Parawong’s family recipes, include garlic basil lamb chops, crying tiger steak, spicy green bean pork, and southern Thai Cornish hen, while the spicy Seafood Madness combines mussels, scallops, shrimp, clams, and chili oil. A range of curries, noodles and fried rice dishes are also available. The must order? Papaya salad with shrimp. Nittaya’s Secret Kitchen is open Monday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Sunday from noon to 9:30 p.m. Lunch is served from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Friday. Takeout available." - Susan Stapleton
