Known for its table-side carved butcher-fresh USDA aged prime steaks, seven-finger-high pork chops, seafood, and extravagant flaming desserts. The restaurant offers a flagship menu item, the 'seven-finger' pork chop, which is seasoned, cured, slow-smoked, glazed, caramelized, and topped with herb-garlic butter. The 11,000-square-foot restaurant seats 357 and includes four private dining spaces and outdoor dining for 46. Perry’s hours will be Monday through Thursday from 4 to 10 p.m., Friday from 10:30 a.m. to 10 p.m., Saturday from 4 to 10 p.m., and Sunday 4 to 9 p.m. The full menu is available for car-side to-go every day from 11 a.m. to close." - Delia Jo Ramsey
