"The collection of dishes in the lagan nu bhonu feast at Jimmy Boy is a fantastic way to get acquainted with the best of Parsi wedding classics. Look for patrani machhi — a whole fish covered with a thick coconut and green chile chutney, steamed in banana leaves — as well as chicken farcha (Parsi-style fried chicken), mutton pulao, and dhansak (lentils stewed with lamb).
