‘Chopped’ Judge Amanda Freitag Will Launch a New Bistro in Discovery District - Eater Dallas
"Chef Amanda Freitag, known for her role as a judge on Chopped, is opening the first restaurant in Dallas’s AT&T Discovery District campus. The restaurant, called Rise and Thyme, will serve breakfast sandwiches, grab-and-go foods, salads, and coffee. It is part of a new two-level, 35,000-square-foot food hall with nineteen restaurants and food stalls planned." - Brittanie Shey
