‘Chopped’ Judge Amanda Freitag Will Launch a New Bistro in Discovery District - Eater Dallas
"Chef Amanda Freitag, known for her role as a judge on Chopped, is opening the first restaurant in Dallas’s AT&T Discovery District campus. The restaurant, called Rise and Thyme, will serve breakfast sandwiches, grab-and-go foods, salads, and coffee.
