"While they may call themselves a “mom and pop” brewery, this spot in Hudson serves the most well-regarded beer in the Hudson Valley. Owner Dan Suarez (formerly of cult-favorite Hill Farmstead Brewery in Vermont) specializes in ales of mixed fermentation, unfiltered lagers, and other “crispy little beers.” We recommend picking up a four-pack of Palatine Pils, a hop-accented German-style pils, or a 500-ml bottle of Parlance, a plum country beer." - Juliet Izon
