"Planned for a May opening at 26 Bay Street at Rysam Street, Sag Harbor Tavern is Billy Durney’s new Hamptons outpost that he says will be more seafood-focused than his Brooklyn spot; it will seat about 40 inside and roughly 70 outside and will be housed in an old American Legion Hall, which Durney says is special to him.
