Tito’s Taquitos Will Open a Food Cart in Beaverton, Oregon | Eater Portland
"I've learned that this destination taquito and taco spot is expanding again: owner Anthony La Pietra announced on Instagram (Nov. 21) that Tito’s will open a second cart at Breakside Beaverton’s cart pod in early 2024. Tito’s currently operates two Portland locations—a food cart in Southwest Portland and a restaurant on Swan Island—and before the new cart opens Pietra will bring the full menu southeast with a pop-up at Breakside Brewery’s Milwaukie taproom on Friday, Nov. 24 from noon to 6 p.m. The menu features hand-rolled taquitos filled with mashed potato and topped with options like butter garlic shrimp, al pastor–style garbanzo beans, and asada-style mushrooms; diners can also order tacos, aguas frescas, and desserts such as tres leches cake or Mexican chocolate brownies.
