"I learned that the new outpost of 99 Ranch Market at Westfield Oakridge in San Jose will debut on Tuesday, March 22, with a grand opening celebration planned for Saturday, March 26. Known and well-loved for its expansive selection of fresh produce, meats, seafood, and imported products from China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, Korea, Vietnam, and Thailand, the store is being positioned as more of a “food destination” with an in-store deli and several quick-service food counters. Hot prepared items will include made-to-order BBQ, Taiwanese Burrito (Run Bing), and red bean cakes, as well as dim sum such as handmade dumplings, buns, rice noodle rolls, baked pork puffs, and steamed pork ribs.
