"A South Texas–inspired taco truck driven by the owner’s childhood recipes, the menu centers on tacos featuring smoked meats such as brisket and smoked chicken, plus bean-and-cheese and lamb options. Non-taco items include bean dip, quesadillas, and crispy dogs, and the truck offers aguas frescas (pineapple and strawberry) as well as vegan and vegetarian dishes.
