"Parks Coffee, a DFW-based coffee purveyor, has opened its first cafe in Carrollton. The cafe is housed inside the company’s giant new 50,000 square-foot facility at 1401 MacArthur Drive, and baristas will be able to create their own roasts in the coffee shop’s lab. Coffee nerds can set up tours of the facility, which include coffee tastings and pairings. Parks Coffee’s cafe is now open from 6:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. daily." - Amy McCarthy
