"A West Village restaurant due in late summer promising cocktails and European-style small bites inspired by a cultured, chic and eclectic woman traversing the streets of Europe. Conceived by Brandon Cohanim and Ruben Rolon, the cocktail program is being created by Rolon after stints at Michelin-starred venues including L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon Miami and Le Jardinier Miami.
