"On July 13, Sartiano’s will open its second location inside East Hampton’s Hedges Inn (74 James Lane at Hook Pond Lane). Rather than opening an outpost of Zero Bond, Scott Sartiano’s Bond Hospitality opted for a tailored sit-down spot with chefs Alfred Portale and Chris Lewnes overseeing the menu; expect dishes like seafood salad, fried zucchini flowers, branzino, prawns, and short rib.
