"It’s already difficult to snag a reservation at Rada in Myers Park. Chef Callan Buckles came from New York City’s Claud, Momofuku, and the Four Horsemen and brought shared plates, tied together with Spanish and Italian accents, to this tiny corner restaurant on Selwyn Ave. Start with a gilda — even better, have it with the Basque pepper brine martini — and move on to the veal tonnato, the clams with vin jaune, and the lamb bolognese with velvety pasta. Its simple, elegant ambiance fits the bill for date night, family supper, GNO (girls’ night out), or even solo sipping at the bar. Despite the restaurant’s recent buzzy clout, Rada is, at its core, a family-run restaurant, where either the owner Eloy Roy, his sister, or their mom will greet visitors at the door." - Kayleigh Ruller
