Executive Chef Jacques Qualin trained under some of the best in the world (Jean-Georges Vongerichten, anyone?) and it’s reflected in the well-executed menu. Dinner here is luxurious; the 19 oz bone-in ribeye cuts through like butter and sides like potato gratin with comté are rich and satisfying.
