"Opened on November 22 and launched by the hospitality team behind Ventura’s Strange Beast, Bank of Italy Cocktail Trust, and Backdoor Bento, this new tequila- and mezcal-focused bar highlights cocktails such as the Oaxacan Old Fashioned with mezcal, a mezcal Negroni, and a blanco-tequila-and-pineapple signature. Additional offerings include the Bitter Cantarito with grapefruit and rhubarb, the Vampiro with gin and apple brandy, and the Harvey Leche with aged rum and gin.
