Start with a refreshing Moment of Treuse cocktail that combines tequila, passion fruit, and the surprising herbal kick of green chartreuse. The menu changes often, with unique offerings like tender lamb’s tongue with crispy baby potatoes, a cornichon and caper ravigote, and warm oil drizzled over roasted asparagus and burrata with a Calvestrano and kalamata olive tapenade and and preserved lemon. The seared diver scallops are one of the diners’ favorites and toppings change with the season.
