Plan on visiting with a crew to forge a meal that combines Sichuan classics like mapo tofu, cumin lamb, and Chongqing crispy chicken with rarer finds such as their own Chinese sausage, green Sichuan peppercorn fish soup, and vinegary shoestring potatoes.
