"Restaurant Oxenstierna is the brainchild of silversmith and designer Sebastian Schildt and chef Elvira Lindqvist, who wanted to create a crossroads for design, craftsmanship, and sustainable food and drinks. It’s set in an 18th-century malmgård (manor), and the daily menu focuses on vegetables from Swedish farmers.
