"I'm excited that Kurobuta will bring a brand-new destination for Japanese cuisine to Carrollton at 2625 Old Denton Road, Suite 612 inside the shopping center anchored by H-Mart. The restaurant is focused on two staples — tonkatsu (crispy, deep-fried pork cutlets) and springy ramen noodles served in a variety of broths, including miso and pork-based tonkotsu; while the official menu hasn't been released yet, diners can look forward to classic fried pork cutlets, deep-fried cheesy katsu, and curries.
