"At the Park Circle outpost, the bar introduced a cocktail inspired by the late Notorious B.I.G.'s lyric in 'Big Poppa.' Called A Foolish Pleasure, the drink interprets the line 'A T-bone steak, cheese eggs and Welch’s grape' by combining a cheddar-washed gin with grape soda, Sacred Bond brandy, egg white, maple, and cream to produce a purple-hued gin fizz. Head bartender Caroline Woodruff developed the recipe and says it has been popular with customers willing to try nontraditional cocktails; she credits the new location with giving her the freedom to get "a little weird" with the menu.
