Wirsthaus Team Opening a Biergarten in Mar Vista - Eater LA
"The team behind Hollywood’s Wirtshaus and sister concept Rasselbock in Long Beach are taking their biergarten brainchild to Mar Vista. It’ll be named Rasselbock, and opens in mid-January. Parent company German Gastro Management opened Wirsthaus on La Brea in 2011, and then Rasselbock Long Beach in late 2016. The partners installed an indoor/outdoor biergarten with a menu that goes far beyond currywurst, with meat platters, vegetables, spätzle, potato pancakes, and an entire section dedicated to schnitzel.
