"The hotly anticipated Cafe Dior finally opened in February and reservations are already impossible to get for the foreseeable future. That’s what happens when you bring the chef of a three-starred Michelin restaurant in San Francisco in to develop the menu. However, reviews from the various influencers invited have been lukewarm so far — not exactly what was expected. Will it remain hot?
