"Colombian-born chef Rafael Palomino explores the cuisine of predominantly Spanish-speaking countries at Sonora. Each dish is identified by the cuisine it represents on the menu, like Peruvian quinoa empanadas, Cuban churrasco, Argentinian braised short ribs, and the restaurant’s signature Spanish paella loaded with seafood and chorizo.
