Copperworks Distilling Plans a Cocktail Bar Near Pike Place Market - Eater Seattle
"Copperworks Distilling is expanding its footprint by acquiring a 12,000-square-foot brewing facility next to Pike Place Market, previously owned by Pike Brewing. This new space will be used to increase production by brewing hop-free beer which will be distilled at their downtown waterfront location. Additionally, Copperworks is opening a cocktail bar adjacent to the Gum Wall and Pike Pub, and a restaurant called De La Soil in Kenmore." - Harry Cheadle
