America’s First Vegan Beer Hall Will Open in Quincy, Serving Local Beer, Coffee, and More | Eater Boston

Slated to open in spring/early summer 2018, the venue will feature 20 tap lines with a curated draft list emphasizing local New England breweries as well as canned classics, plus nonalcoholic options like kombucha and nitro/cold-brew coffee. The team envisions a dual-purpose space where people can work over artisanal coffee and plant-based pastries in the morning and enjoy a lively beer-hall atmosphere, events, and podcasts in the afternoons and evenings. Menu highlights previewed at a pop-up include inventive vegan dishes such as oyster-mushroom “bacon-wrapped scallops,” approachable comfort items like burgers, tacos, and pizza with cashew cheese, appetizers (corn dogs, hummus, cauliflower Buffalo wings), mains (French dip sandwiches, tofu tacos, Impossible Burger sliders, curry quinoa bowls), and grab-and-go café fare like overnight oats and muffins.
