"A new senior-living community in Georgetown is working with Dallas chef Stephan Pyles — a James Beard Award winner often credited as a founding father of Southwestern cuisine — to shape its culinary program. Pyles is advising on menus, restaurant concepts, and kitchen designs for the campus’s four on-site restaurants, and the community will include a fine-dining restaurant that will be open to the public when the facility opens in 2022.
