"This past summer, Vice City Pizza took over the Bar Bella space at Cebada Rooftop for a summer pop-up. A few months later, there’s good news all around. Vice City Pizza, known for its square Detroit-style pizza, which uses two-day fermented dough as the secret to its success, has made a permanent home at Cebada Rooftop. Bar Bella has also returned to share the space, taking over the indoor area of the rooftop.
