"Set to open on Fitzhugh Avenue later this year, Clifton Club is a project from chef Greg Katz (who also opened Beverly’s on Fitzhugh in 2019) that will be more of a drinking spot than a full restaurant: I learned it will have lots of small tables, a green marble bar, and a flexible, plant-covered indoor-outdoor space in the former Zippers location. Katz told the Dallas Morning News he hopes the bar will be the perfect pre- or post-dinner stop or a convenient pit stop for people using the Katy Trail." - Brittanie Shey
