The Team Behind Michelin-Starred Acquellero Is Opening a Cocktail Bar | Eater SF

"The team behind Acquerello is opening a cocktail bar called Sorella in the former Polk Gulch home of 1760; I learned that Denise St. Onge — formerly of Greens — will be the chef de cuisine with Acquerello’s chef de cuisine Seth Turiansky advising. Sorella will serve cicchetti (Venetian snacks and small plates) at the bar and larger plates focused on pasta and vegetables in the dining room, with cocktails designed by Manhattan Zodiac (Yana Nogid and Katya Skye) that emphasize rare Italian spirits and amari. Tablehopper reports the bar is expected to open Wednesday, December 1, and will serve dinner, weekend brunch, and an early Sunday supper, Wednesday through Sunday." - Clair Lorell
