"A West Eugene treasure, this longstanding bakery excels in the area of cake-by-the-slice though one would be challenged to pick just one to try. Flavors rotate with the season, but menu standard-bearers include the Cloud 9, a blend of chocolate and airy whipped cream, and the fudgy Rhapsody with raspberry jam. The pastry case is filled out by stunningly decorated cheesecakes, pies, and eclairs. However, the real magic of this spot is the bakery’s ability to make just about anything dairy-free, gluten-free, or vegan without sacrificing decadence; don’t be scared away by an appealing treat with a special dietary label.
