"Visiting Siam Marina out in Tinley Park, I found a massive menu where sticking to the signature dishes pays off: the To Die For pork shank in coconut broth is memorable, a riff on crab cakes uses minced fish and panko, the curries are rich and fragrant, and the Siam Beef Lover features very good marinated tenderloin and stir-fried vegetables in a complex sauce of soy, oyster sauce, chile, and a touch of brandy.
