"Opening sometime in November at the same Springdale Road address, I learned Stargazer will be a new all-day café and bar from Moya and Colin McIntyre serving coffee, cocktails, nonalcoholic drinks, tapped beers, and ciders, and will incorporate CBD- and THC-infused drinks and coffee. Food options will include two onsite food trucks (Santo Patio with tacos and Dripping Springs Tender Co. with chicken tenders, dips, and sides), ice cream from Lick Honest, prepared meals from Lucky Lime, and QR orders from neighboring pizzeria Bambino; the space will add a new outdoor children’s play area, new tables and umbrellas inside and out, a mural by Bunny Reiss, and is named after the vintage rocket-shop playscape on the property and one of the couple’s favorite flowers, with hours planned from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily." - Nadia Chaudhury
