"Reopened on December 30 after an October renovation, Michael Mina’s award-winning StripSteak at Mandalay Bay now occupies a stylish, newly renovated space inspired by the Mojave Desert. The menu retains many of its old standbys while adding new dishes, the interior has been refreshed, and there’s an expanded private dining room plus a new cocktail menu; starting December 30 it will be open daily from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. with reservations available online.
