"Opening August 10 at 18485 West Colfax Avenue, Nomad Taqueria and Beer Garden will serve Southwestern and Mexican foods under Denver chef Christopher Medved (formerly the Campus Lounge, Steuben’s, Ace Eat Serve, City O’ City, and Watercourse Foods); his planned menu includes Alamosa bass, adobo pork loin, tamales, and tlayudas, inspired by research trips around Mexico and the Four Corners region. The 175-seat dining room and patio will be open from 7 a.m. to 2 a.m. daily for breakfast, lunch, happy hour, dinner, and late-night snacks, and the beverage program will feature more than 20 Colorado beers on tap and a cocktail menu that begins with margaritas, making it a convenient option for Red Rocks Amphitheatre visitors." - Josie Sexton
