The 16 Best Korean Barbecue Restaurants in Los Angeles | Eater LA

"Since K-pop group BTS put Woo Hyang Woo on the map, it’s made a name for itself as a Koreatown spot that takes meat quality seriously, only serving beef that’s either certified Black Angus, five-star grade Mishima Reserve American Wagyu, or USDA Prime. Most diners come for the signature prime or short rib tomahawk, a buttery and tender cut that is aged for over two weeks. But even their marinated short rib and beef brisket, which are available a la carte or in combos, are a step above competitors. Though Woo Hyang Woo definitely leans more upscale, dining here still makes for a fun and lively experience, with no shortage of beverage options. — Cathy Park" - Cathy Park
