"Opening this summer at 151 E. Flagler, Vinaigrette will focus solely on cold subs, offering traditional options like turkey and roast beef alongside more elaborate Italian subs featuring cold cuts such as 24-month aged prosciutto; vegan and vegetarian subs will also appear on the menu as a nod to Mignonette’s (and Blue Collar’s) popular veggie boards. Cookies and brownies made by pastry chef Devin Braddock will be served alongside regional chips from places like Ohio and West Virginia.
