"A two-day pop-up transforms a Soho storefront into a shoppable home packed with editor-picked gifts for food lovers, with rooms ranging from a nostalgic foyer and glam-inspired lounge to a cook’s dream kitchen and a maximalist dining room crammed with whimsical, often edible surprises. Throughout the weekend, the rec room hosts all-ages workshops, including cookie decorating with @easygayoven’s Eric King (presented by Verizon) and a DIY chocolate-dipping workshop with pastry chef Natasha Pickowicz (presented by Shout). Fun little treats come from some of the city’s buzziest outposts—think Thai delights from Mommy Pai’s, Kijitora’s strawberry matcha, and dirty sodas from Pepsi. The cozy cocktail lounge is the ultimate indulgence, where Bar Kabawa and Bar Snack take over the menu with exclusive holiday riffs on their acclaimed drinks and snacks; reservations are required. Backed by sponsors DoorDash, Pepsi, and Shout (with support from Apple Pay, Diageo, Dockers, Kahlúa, and Verizon), the experience promises infinite photo moments, secret surprises, and shelves bursting with Eater staff’s favorite holiday giftables. Vox Media will donate 100 percent of net proceeds from tickets to private events and 10 percent of net shop sales to World Central Kitchen. Open December 13 and 14—Saturday from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.—with a full schedule for registration, cocktail lounge reservations, and workshop bookings." - Eater Staff
