"I learned that opening Thursday, June 29 at the Horseshoe Las Vegas, Guy Fieri’s Flavortown Sports Kitchen debuts as a 6,540-square-foot sports bar and restaurant seating up to 279 across the bar, main dining area, and patio, featuring more than 30 TVs, a 32-foot video wall, margaritas, and the over-the-top fare you'd expect from the host of 'Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives.' The menu includes Fieri classics like the trash can nachos, a Crispy Cheese Burger with melted cheese and a crispy cheese skirt, a Quesa-Birria Pizza (a quesadilla topped with braised beef and pico de gallo served with birria consommé), and a watermelon salad with chunks of watermelon infused with mezcal. Breakfast offerings range from fried chicken on cornbread cheddar-jalapeño waffles and French toast with banana custard and crispy smoked bacon to a breakfast burger with potatoes. The venue also has a private MVP lounge with two leather couches and two LED screens for group gatherings, and will be open Sunday–Thursday 7 a.m.–10 p.m. and Friday–Saturday 7 a.m.–midnight." - Janna Karel
