Ruby Sunshine, a New Orleans-Inspired All-Day Brunch Spot, Coming to Franklin | Eater Nashville

"Opening in early 2019 at 231 Public Square in downtown Franklin, this all-day breakfast restaurant from the Ruby Slipper Restaurant Group will serve Southern brunch dishes with New Orleans twists. Echoing the Ruby Slipper menu, the all-day brunch will feature Benedicts, pancakes, and French toast, with specific items such as BBQ shrimp and grits, eggs cochon benedict, and bananas foster pain perdu. Morning cocktails range from brandy milk punch and a.m. margaritas to mimosas and their award-winning bloody marys, and the team plans to partner with Tennessee purveyors to incorporate fresh, local ingredients when possible. The 4,300-square-foot space will be open daily and provide a vibrant atmosphere with a mix of bar, booth, and table seating for up to 159 guests, plus a patio area and private event space.
