"With expansive views and a statement patio, Talavera at the Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale at Troon North sets the bar high from the moment diners walk through the doors and past striking paintings of Frida Kahlo. The restaurant puts a spin on standard resort steakhouse fare, adding Spanish dishes and flavors alongside bone-in ribeye and sides like manchego mashed potatoes and grilled asparagus topped with marcona almonds and hazelnuts. The tapas selection is a nice way to kick things off — try the pulpo a la gallega, a traditional Spanish octopus dish with Iberico chorizo and little marble potatoes. The paella, brimming with seafood and Ibérico pancetta, shouldn’t be missed, nor should the barramundi with a clam sauce.
