The restaurant puts a spin on standard resort steakhouse fare, adding Spanish dishes and flavors alongside bone-in ribeye and sides like manchego mashed potatoes and grilled asparagus topped with marcona almonds and hazelnuts. The tapas selection is a nice way to kick things off — try the pulpo a la gallega, a traditional Spanish octopus dish with Iberico chorizo and little marble potatoes. The paella, brimming with seafood and Ibérico pancetta, shouldn’t be missed, nor should the barramundi with a clam sauce.
