Frenchette Is Opening A Bakery Inside Arcade’s Old Tribeca Space | Eater NY

"I recall Arcade, the iconic neighborhood bakery that opened in 2014 at 220 Church Street, between Thomas and Worth Streets; it quickly established itself as one of the best bakeries in the city with high-quality baguettes and pastries, drawing massive lines before owner and chef Roger Gural closed it in August last year citing poor health. Gural brought experience from top bakeries including Thomas Keller’s Bouchon Bakery in Napa and David Bouley’s NYC bakery." - Tanay Warerkar
